Terms of Sale

1) What you are buying

You are purchasing digital coins for use on Noob Nation Rust servers. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used in-game where available.

2) Delivery

Delivery is automatic after payment is confirmed. Our system deposits coins to the SteamID you provide. Delivery is logged, and you (and we) receive a confirmation when it succeeds.

3) No refunds after delivery/consumption

Because coins are digital content delivered immediately and can be consumed in-game at once, purchases are non-refundable once delivered to your account or once any part is spent. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge you waive the UK 14-day cancellation right for digital content once delivery begins (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

4) When a refund can happen

• Failed delivery / duplicate charge: if coins were not delivered or you were charged twice, we will correct or refund.
• Unauthorized payment: if your payment method was used without permission, contact your provider and us.
• Technical error: if our system error caused a wrong amount, we will adjust fairly.

5) Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after coins are delivered/used is misuse. We may suspend in-game access and remove coins pending resolution. Proven fraud may lead to a permanent ban across our services.

6) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 13+ and have a valid Steam account. Keep your account secure; we are not responsible for losses due to account sharing or compromise.

7) Fair play & acceptable use

Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. Cheating, abuse, or chargeback fraud can result in removal of coins and access without refund.

8) Taxes & pricing

Prices include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect completed orders.

9) Support & disputes

10) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
