Refunds

Coins are digital content delivered immediately. Purchases are non-refundable once delivered or used. If delivery fails or you’re charged twice, we’ll fix it fast. See Terms of Sale.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after delivery/use may result in suspension and removal of coins while we investigate. Proven fraud can lead to a permanent ban. Details in Terms.

Delivery time

Delivery is automatic once payment clears. You’ll get an in-game confirmation and we log the delivery.

Receipts & taxes

Receipts are emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
